Spend the night in outside Venice leave the car and take a train to the city.
No, you cannot drive in Venice—but you can drive to Venice, leave your car in a garage or lot, and proceed to enjoy the city of canals car-free. Since parking costs €24 ($26)–€29 ($31) per day, it’s a good idea to return your rental car upon arrival in Venice.
Day 7
Explore more of Venice and spend the night at the city.
Venice is a unique city, unlike any other cities in the world. It is a beautiful and historically significant gem in the Northern part fo the country.
Day 8
Take a Vaporetto and Visit Burano Island
Burano is an island approximately 40 minutes from the main island, which should be included among the best things to do in Venice. The houses are colourfully painted, giving it a personality which is hard to find elsewhere. Many tourists prefer going to Murano for its glass factories, but to be honest, Burano is way prettier, even if it is a bit further.
