There are over 120 camps in Wadi Rum, so it can be hard to pick the best one. Personally, I use instagram
post to get the best camp.
Since Wadi Rum is often referred to as Mars, Martian Domes are a big thing here, because the movie was filmed here
. They are the most expensive accommodations ( 350$ TO 700$)
so if your budget is tight don’t worry you can stay in tents too, most of the camps offer both with the tents being cheaper.
This camp is @aichacampa and the Martian Dome was $340 for the night of our stay. However, like most camps in Wadi Rum your meals are included in your stay so factor that into the cost knowing you’ll save on food.
Be sure to pack warm clothes as even in the summer the desert is cold at night. During our stay we were comfortable in the day time without jackets but early morning/late afternoon into the evening temps dropped to the 30s.
