My days are extremely busy.
I find it very hard to eat a healthy breakfast, so I am always on the lookout for healthy foods that are easy to prepare.

What could be better than a warm, spoonable muffin with 12 grams of protein, only 6 grams of sugar and no dairy or soy?!
My favorite is the peanut butter chocolate chip flavored muffin.
Try this… to make my breakfast more fun, I add coconut milk ( in place of water
