Its top is reachable by glassed-in cable cars that stop once at a scenic viewpoint and you’re surely be wondered by its amazing beauty as it stands at 1,299 feet (396 meters). From here you can admire Copacabana, Santa Cruz Fortress and Niteroi.
Copacabana beach. The home of all fantasies about tropical beaches, good times and great fun. You’re not far from making your dreams come true as Copacabana beach is part of Rio de Janeiro’s soul. You’re welcome to visit its relaxing and inviting atmosphere and mingle with the locals. Football. Brasil is still the Country of Football. Its great legends such as Pelé gave flair to the great sport and the National Team is Brasil – and Rio’s – great pride. You can see how much Football is a part of Rio’s life for its feverous rivalry between Flamengo and Fluminense teams. You’ll do well to make a stop at Maracanã Stadium, Fluminense’s home ground, an impressive and legendary place that holds over 150,000 feverous Spectators.
