Access to the Monument Valley Tribal Park is on US-163 just north of the Utah-Arizona border. It costs $20 per vehicle (up to four people) to enter the park. Once you pay this fee, you can come and go as often as you like.
The Angels Landing
The Angels Landing stands at 1488ft above Virginia River and is one of the most thrilling and dangerous hiking spots all over the world. There are nature trails around this place that are also thrilling. However, this place is not ideal for children and people with any extreme medical conditions.
The Narrows
This is the place to get your feet wet as you navigate through the narrowest part of this national park. The walls of this gorge ascend to about a thousand feet tall on both sides of the river. It is recommended that you hike upstream, have fun for about two hours then head back. Nevertheless, for the daredevils, you may get a permit that allows you to hike downstream for about 16miles.

If you want to camp near the park it would be advisable to stay at the Watchman Campground that’s a quarter mile from the entrance in the south.
